As background, I’ve lead corporate relocation projects for 15 years and have built out over a million rentable square feet. We used All Systems Go recently to knockdown, transport, and install existing workstations from our old space into our new space in addition to using them to install new workstations as well. The workstation installation was seamless and because ASG wiped down the existing workstations, vacuumed the cushions, and touched up the paint, employees couldn’t differentiate between the new and the used workstations when they arrived the first day. Plus, ASG finished the job ahead of schedule. This would normally surprise a client, but I used ASG in 2005 and again in 2012, and both times they also exceeded my expectations. It was an easy decision to use them again in 2017.
I’ve managed 3-4 large relocation projects every year for the past 15 years throughout N. A. and haven’t found another vendor in Canada that installs system furniture and provides relocation services. By combining the relocation and installation of furniture with the relocation of contents, we were able to eliminate one entire night of the three night planned relocation. This is due to ASG’s ‘can-do’ attitude and smart use of manpower and trucks. At the end of the relocation, ASG provides disposal and broom sweeping services at the former space. They were prompt, communicated directly with the landlord to make sure they had the proper insurance on file with the building and protected the landlord’s space as required, and proved to be very reliable and thorough on the closing out of the former space. I highly recommend ASG for all aspects of furniture installation and relocation services.
